In your office, with your entire team, to comply with CPD requirements for the year 1 July 2025 – 30 June 2026.

In these sessions, we encourage Sales & Property Management to come together to learn as a team. Your Compliance Manager will love the ease of confirming all the team are compliant in one easy step. And we know the team will benefit from our engaging delivery, making the content relevant by encouraging interaction and discussion.

Assessments are completed with our digital assessment system during the event.

CONTENT

Our trainers cover the compulsory topics for Residential Sales Agents and Property Managers that hold a single Class 1 or Class 2 licence, over 2 training sessions. This year we are offering full face-to-face training sessions, or you can opt for our hybrid style. Chat to one of our team members to find out more.

The Compulsory Topics – 7 hours

Session 1 – 5-hour session:

3 topics all licence holders must complete:

  • Privacy Law Reforms
  • Mitigating Risk in the Workplace
  • Residential Tenancy Reforms

Session 2 – 2-hour session (either):

  • Sales Agents: Anti-Money Laundering – a focused 2-hour session exploring compliance obligations and practical applications.
  • Property Managers: Navigating NCAT – a 2-hour session providing guidance on preparing, presenting, and managing NCAT proceedings effectively.
