CPD 2025/2026 – Virtual Courses
Join us online for our Live Virtual Classroom events to cover your CPD requirements for the year 1 July 2025 – 30 June 2026.
Our 2025/2026 CPD program is designed to keep NSW agents compliant and up to date with the latest industry requirements, all delivered in a virtually interactive environment, for your convenience.
To meet compliance, Residential Sales Agents and Residential Property Managers must complete a minimum 7 hours of interactive training.
This must include 4 compulsory topics relevant to your area of practice.
We are delivering these requirements over two virtual sessions.
All Class 1 & Class 2 single licence holders are required to complete three compulsory topics, followed by a fourth compulsory topic – a specialised Sales or Property Management topic based on their professional stream
Session 1 – 5-hour session:
3 topics all licence holders must complete:
- Privacy Law Reforms
- Mitigating Risk in the Workplace
- Residential Tenancy Reforms
Session 2 – 2-hour session (either):
- Sales Agents: Anti-Money Laundering – a focused 2-hour session exploring compliance obligations and practical applications.
- Property Managers: Navigating NCAT – a 2-hour session providing guidance on preparing, presenting, and managing NCAT proceedings effectively.
To make scheduling simple, we’ve created separate bundles for Sales Agents and Property Managers, allowing participants to choose their preferred dates for each session.
All classes are conducted live online with our experienced trainers, and include an assessment, offering interactive discussions, real-world case studies, and practical takeaways to support compliance and professional growth.
