Learn all about the how’s and why’s of an agency’s operation and the obligations and responsibilities of those working in the profession. This is the foundation for everything you will learn in your career and to qualify you to study your full CertIV in Real Estate Practice or Diploma of Property (Agency Management). 

Successful completion of these five core units of competency will allow you to apply for a Certificate of Registration as an Assistant Agent from NSW Fair Trading.

The five units of competency that form this course are:

• CPPREP4001 Prepare for professional practice in real estate
• CPPREP4002 Access and interpret ethical practice in real estate
• CPPREP4003 Access and interpret legislation in real estate
• CPPREP4004 Establish marketing and communication profiles in real estate
• CPPREP4005 Prepare to work with real estate trust accounts

The course is delivered via a combination of e-learning and live online tutorials, bringing the trainer direct to you, whilst allowing you to learn at your own pace.
