Born in 2012 and after a decade of supporting the learning of Real Estate Professionals, it’s founder Kerry Shephard handed over the reigns to the current CEO Fiona Blayney in 2022.
Who Are We?
Fiona’s group of companies has been offering Consulting, Coaching, Training and Outsourced services to the Real Estate Industry for 20 years and an accredited education arm is a welcome addition to the fold.
Since opening it’s doors in 2012, we’ve helped countless real estate industry professionals obtain the qualifications and accreditation they need to progress in their careers.
Our CEO and Senior Trainer/Assessor Fiona Blayney has worked in real estate since 1992. With an accumulated 200 years Real Estate experience in our entire team, the REAL+ Education trainers and assessors also work with Agencies Australia-wide to improve their businesses, growth, compliance and more.
What does this mean for you? Student gets access to trainers who really know their stuff, and work in agencies each day, so they haven’t lost touch with what it takes to make an agency and agent, successful.
What Do We Do?
Based on our solid experience our trainers and staff at Real+ Education provide exceptional real estate training to existing and future real estate agents, exceeding their expectations. We also fully cater for all support staff & management.
We can help you put your educational needs and goals in place and give you the knowledge to monitor your own progress. Through our Skills Development program we can, together, tailor make additional training courses should you wish to progress your education beyond the minimum annual requirement.
Our trainers are enthusiastic and passionate about the real estate industry and business services and will share their stories and experiences with you throughout our training sessions.
