Delivered in a fun and engaging format, our trainers will cover all required compulsory topics over the 10-hour period. Block aside an entire day, or chip away one topic at a time. Getting in early helps.

- Rental bonds – management, communication and accountability
The Importance of Supervision Guidelines
Privacy, proof of ID, cyber-security, fraud prevention, and data collection
The Elective Topics – 6 hours
Our elective topics have been curated to be engaging and useful to you in your day-to-day agency roles & management. Listen podcast style or watch along with our trainers, if you’re going solo, you are required to complete a full 10 hours of training delivered by an approved provider, that’s us!
